Delivery Times
While we do our best to meet preferred delivery windows, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and public holidays.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend delivery to a workplace or somewhere the recipient will be available to receive it.
Delivery Addresses
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering, including: Recipient name, Accurate address, Contact phone number. Posy cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
If the Recipient Is Not Home
If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver will: Leave the Posy in a safe place where possible, or Contact the recipient using the provided phone number. Once an order has been delivered (or left in a safe place), responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient. Posy is not liable for damage due to weather, heat, or theft after delivery.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted.
