Returns & Refunds Policy

Because flowers are a fresh and perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. That said — we take a lot of care with every Posy that leaves our studio, and we want you to be happy with your order. If your flowers arrive damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, along with a photo of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Please note: Natural variations in colour, size, and flower type are part of working with seasonal blooms and are not considered faults. Designs may vary from images shown, as flowers change with availability and season. Flowers are sensitive to heat, weather, and handling once delivered — we can’t be responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or collection. For event florals, corporate orders, and custom work, refunds are not available once flowers have been sourced or preparation has begun. Any changes or cancellations must be requested as early as possible and may not be accommodated during busy periods. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out — we’re always happy to chat and will do our best to make things right where we can.

General
By placing an order with Posy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. Posy reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Flowers are a natural product and designs are created using seasonal blooms, meaning exact flower varieties, colours, and shapes may vary from images shown. Images on our website are a guide only. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly during busy periods or once flowers have been sourced or prepared.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Posy reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at checkout will not be affected by later changes.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery is available within selected areas and on specified days only. While we do our best to accommodate delivery preferences, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion. Once delivered or collected, responsibility for the flowers passes to the recipient. Posy is not liable for damage caused by weather, heat, or theft after delivery. Please ensure all delivery and contact details are correct at checkout. Posy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Subscriptions
Flower subscriptions may be paused, amended, or cancelled with notice, subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Vase hire remains the property of Posy and must be returned at the conclusion of the subscription period.
Events & Custom Orders
All event florals and custom orders require confirmation and, where applicable, a non-refundable deposit. Once flowers have been sourced or preparation has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Final pricing may vary depending on flower availability, scope, and event requirements.
Liability
While every care is taken in preparing and delivering your order, Posy is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or supplier issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posy’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
