Superfood - Cinnamon

Cinnamon - Cinnamon isn't a spice many would consider medicinal, though its actually incredibly therapeutic. People have been using this highly prized spice since 2000BC. In Western herbal medicine Cinnamon is used to balance blood sugar. We use it in our Butter Caramel Pecan to do just that.

It's what's inside that counts

• Cacao - Our cacao is sourced from small, organic and sustainable farms in Peru. We do not support slavery and pay a fair price for our cacao. We see cacao as a heart opener, a consciousness facilitator and a wise teacher. A bridge to heaven and earth.
• Coconut Blossom Sugar - Derived from coconut palm sap, coconut blossom sugar is more than a sweetener - compared to refined sugar it has a lower glycemic index and is nutrient-rich, containing antioxidants, iron, calcium, potassium and inulin.
• Probiotics - Probiotics contribute significantly to digestive health, promoting regularity and reducing bloating. They support stool hydration and ease of evacuation. Crucially, they help maintain the gut barrier's health and integrity.
